Two open practices, autograph day announced

Longhorns fans will have two opportunities to get a first-hand look at the Texas Football team and a chance to personally meet the squad as it prepares for its season opener at Rice on Sept. 4.

The linemen were able to work on pass protection and pass rush on Thursday at the FBU Top Gun Camp and it allowed a few big names, and some sleepers, to strut their stuff. Owings Mills, Md., offensive tackle Donovan Smith led the way and had arguably the most impressive day of anyone.
